In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end staffing lifecycle for night-time operations, ensuring that our clients' demand is met with precision and our candidates are supported through their shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for night shift positions, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding temporary labor.
- Coordinate complex shift schedules to ensure seamless coverage for 24/7 client operations.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate availability, shift times, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and staff during off-hours to resolve urgent staffing issues.
- Conduct safety briefings and compliance checks for night shift workers upon arrival.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations and communication.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track pipeline metrics and fill rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or operations management.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high ethical standards.
