Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of candidate placements for third-shift roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate availability and soft skills.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule shifts and resolve urgent staffing gaps.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional support to night-shift employees, addressing their needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED required.
