Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities, warehouses, and call centers
- Onboard and orient new hires for night shift positions using our proprietary digital platform
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps within 15-minute response windows via mobile alert system
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with night shift personnel using AI-driven analytics
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and FLSA regulations for overnight work
- Collaborate with day shift managers for seamless 24/7 operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing agency or operations management experience
- Proven track record managing overnight/hard-to-fill shift assignments
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional crisis resolution skills with high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Spanish bilingual certification required
