Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across Philadelphia metro
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies requiring overnight staffing
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments via video calls and in-person
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for night shift workers
- Manage candidate database and track staffing metrics in ATS system
- Respond to urgent staffing requests during overnight hours
- Market staffing services through targeted outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's employment landscape preferred
- Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
