Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 10+ manufacturing clients
- Screen and schedule candidates for night shift positions
- Manage payroll and timekeeping for temporary staff
- Resolve urgent staffing issues during overnight hours
- Conduct onboarding for night shift employees
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and labor regulations
- Build relationships with 24/7 facility managers
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven night shift management background
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in ATS and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Valid NE driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
