Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes for night shift positions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source and pre-qualify candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure timely placement of candidates
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
