Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for night shift positions across manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Source and screen candidates using advanced ATS tools and targeted outreach strategies
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during overnight hours to meet client demands
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for night shift hires including scheduling and documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation per California labor laws
- Collaborate with clients to refine job requirements and optimize placement strategies

Qualifications
