Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates into night shift positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage client relationships to understand overnight staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours to accommodate candidate schedules
- Oversee onboarding processes for night shift hires ensuring seamless integration with client teams
- Monitor staffing metrics and adjust recruitment approaches to maintain optimal placement rates
- Collaborate with day shift coordinators to maintain consistent service quality across all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with proven night shift placement success
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation for client site visits
- Ability to work flexible evening/night schedule (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in high-volume recruitment environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
