Responsibilities
- Manage overnight candidate screening and placement for high-priority client assignments
- Coordinate emergency staffing requests and deploy qualified personnel within 2-hour windows
- Maintain real-time staffing schedules using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct post-shift debriefings with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Oversee compliance with labor regulations for night shift workers
- Build and nurture relationships with 15+ key client accounts
- Train and mentor junior recruiters on night shift protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift operations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for high-pressure emergency staffing scenarios
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification a plus
