Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch qualified candidates to client sites during overnight hours
- Manage real-time staffing needs across healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews via virtual platforms during night shifts
- Maintain accurate staffing records and client communication logs
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies with 24-hour responsiveness
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational continuity
- Optimize staffing schedules using our proprietary ATS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
