- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments across 50+ client locations
- Manage real-time dispatch for 200+ night shift workers via digital platforms
- Resolve urgent staffing issues within 15-minute SLA
- Conduct weekly payroll reconciliation for night shift personnel
- Implement retention strategies for overnight workforce
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Analyze shift performance metrics and optimize staffing patterns
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing or scheduling experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage overnight operations independently
- Advanced proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
- OSHA certification for workplace safety
