Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign qualified candidates to overnight staffing positions across Tampa Bay
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation for night shift roles
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates during evening/night hours
- Resolve urgent staffing needs with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless workflow handoffs
- Monitor client satisfaction and adjust staffing strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Florida labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure scenarios
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in healthcare or logistics staffing preferred
