Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM) to match talent with client needs
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Coordinate onboarding processes for night shift placements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if client site visits required)
