Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for overnight shifts including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants for urgent staffing needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation for night shift roles
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client supervisors during overnight hours
- Optimize shift scheduling and workforce allocation using advanced staffing software
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for night shift employees during evening hours
- Monitor performance metrics and report staffing efficiency to department leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift/specialized roles
- Strong knowledge of Nashville's 24/7 industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to resolve issues during non-traditional hours
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and workforce management software
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts and weekends
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in high-volume environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
