Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for manufacturing, warehousing, and healthcare clients
- Monitor real-time workforce performance and address staffing gaps with immediate solutions
- Conduct onboarding for new night shift hires including orientation and training
- Maintain accurate scheduling records using our proprietary staffing software
- Act as primary overnight point of contact for both clients and temporary employees
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Generate weekly staffing reports and performance analytics for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or agency coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure overnight operations
- Proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, StaffingSoft)
- Strong problem-solving skills with crisis management aptitude
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask during peak hours
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
