Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing operations for night shift positions across Los Angeles County
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial roles
- Manage client relationships and staffing contracts for 24/7 operations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and workplace safety standards
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and placement metrics
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless 24-hour coverage
- Address staffing emergencies and adjust schedules proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in staffing or recruitment coordination
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
