Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage candidate databases and ATS systems with precision
- Conduct phone/video interviews during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new night shift hires
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers requiring 24/7 staffing
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional support to night shift candidates and clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Knowledge of Long Beach's labor market and night shift industries
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California driver's license (client visits required)
