Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight shift positions across hotels, resorts, and event venues
- Coordinate onboarding processes for night shift staff with 24/7 urgency
- Manage client relationships with 24-hour establishments to fulfill immediate staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and maintain compliance documentation
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during overnight hours
- Resolve staffing emergencies and fill last-minute shift vacancies
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handover of candidate information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Experience with hospitality or entertainment industry staffing preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities for high-pressure scenarios
