Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified candidates for night shift positions in Jacksonville's thriving industrial and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their overnight staffing needs
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates through our proprietary digital recruitment platform
- Manage candidate databases and optimize job postings for maximum visibility in night shift talent pools
- Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, placements, and ongoing performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with all federal and Florida labor regulations for overnight workers
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with night shift focus
- Proven track record of placing candidates in logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during unconventional hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work flexible schedule including overnight hours when required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification a plus
