Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates overnight for urgent client requests
- Coordinate multi-timezone interviews and onboarding processes
- Maintain real-time staffing dashboards and candidate pipelines
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps within client SLAs
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance metrics
- Build relationships with night-shift workers and contract staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing/recruitment or related field
- Proven ability to thrive in overnight/night shift environments
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication skills across time zones
- Strong problem-solving under tight deadlines
- Experience with high-volume recruitment (50+ placements/month)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional client visits)
