We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates during the night shift.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to match them with available shifts.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information.
- Coordinate logistics for emergency staff placements and time-sensitive requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate qualifications and availability.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
