Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing assignments for night shift positions across Kansas City
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing roles
- Manage client relationships and address urgent staffing needs during night hours
- Maintain accurate candidate records and staffing documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Resolve staffing conflicts and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support onboarding for new night shift placements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Kansas City labor market and industry trends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferred: SHRM-CP certification or equivalent
