Responsibilities
- Manage Schedules: Oversee and optimize staffing schedules for night operations to ensure 100% coverage.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assessments for evening shift applicants to match them with the right roles.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the hiring process for night-shift employees, including paperwork and safety training.
- Operational Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the night, addressing staffing gaps and emergencies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital records of shift assignments, hours worked, and performance metrics.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with day-shift management to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
