Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for night shift positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate with Seattle-area clients to understand staffing requirements and maintain optimal workforce coverage
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track candidate placements, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Provide exceptional support to both candidates and clients during overnight hours, resolving staffing emergencies promptly
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for night shift candidates across multiple industries
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve placement efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of staffing activities and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruitment, or coordination experience, preferably with night shift operations
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's labor market and 24/7 industry requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced overnight environments with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- High school diploma or equivalent; HR certification or degree preferred
