Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 100+ clients across San Diego County
- Screen and interview candidates specifically for night shift roles with 48-hour turnaround
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments during peak operational hours
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for night shift staff via virtual platforms
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize shift coverage and reduce overtime costs
- Maintain compliance with California labor laws for after-hour employment
- Develop and nurture a specialized pool of night shift professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift specialization
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and after-hours scheduling
- Strong understanding of California labor regulations for night shifts
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure during overnight hours
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual interviewing platforms
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
