Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy night shift staff across client sites in Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments for emergency and planned absences
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for temporary night shift roles
- Maintain accurate staffing records using our proprietary ATS platform
- Build and nurture relationships with night shift managers at client facilities
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor regulations
- Resolve staffing conflicts with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing/recruitment experience or equivalent customer service background
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak demand
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required
