Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Screen and interview candidates during evening hours via phone and video
- Manage emergency staffing requests with rapid response protocols
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Resolve client inquiries and staffing issues during overnight shifts
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment coordination
- Proven experience with overnight or shift-based work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
