- Process real-time candidate placements via phone and digital communication systems
- Manage client communications during night hours to address urgent staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and background checks during overnight shifts
- Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in staffing, recruitment, or shift coordination
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
