Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for night shift positions across multiple industries
- Source and screen candidates via digital platforms and local networks
- Coordinate client interviews and onboarding processes during night hours
- Maintain accurate ATS records and compliance documentation
- Build strategic partnerships with Jacksonville-area employers
- Provide after-hours support to candidates and clients
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize night shift placements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of Jacksonville's labor market preferred
