Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight positions across multiple industries
- Conduct phone/video interviews during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent overnight staffing needs
- Process payroll documentation for temporary workers
- Resolve staffing emergencies and provide on-call support
- Monitor industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Indiana driver's license (required for occasional client visits)
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak demand periods
