- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare clients across Oakland
- Manage real-time workforce deployment via digital platforms during peak night operations
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies with 15-minute response SLAs
- Conduct virtual onboarding and training for night shift candidates
- Generate nightly performance analytics and operational efficiency reports
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and CA labor regulations for night work
- Build strategic partnerships with 24/7 business operations in the Bay Area
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Advanced knowledge of Oakland's industrial and healthcare night economy
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, Workday)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record for emergency site visits
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable for diverse workforce
- Proven crisis management and rapid decision-making skills
