Responsibilities

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients during non-standard business hours

- Maintain real-time communication with clients and candidates via SMS/email during night hours
- Update staffing databases and track placement metrics with precision
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless candidate handover and continuity
- Support emergency staffing requests with rapid response protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruiting experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency preferred for diverse Miami clientele
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
