- Manage real-time staffing adjustments for urgent client requests during night shifts
- Process payroll and timesheets for night shift employees with precision
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with overnight staff to ensure quality standards
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Build and nurture relationships with night shift managers at partner companies

Qualifications
