Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place candidates for night shift positions in warehousing, logistics, and healthcare
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding including background checks and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies across Long Beach
- Coordinate staffing schedules for overnight operations and emergency coverage
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS system and generate performance reports
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates during night shift assignments
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Strong understanding of Long Beach's industrial and healthcare job markets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- OSHA certification for industrial staffing a plus
