Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing assignments for 15+ hospitality and entertainment clients during overnight hours
- Process real-time job orders and match qualified candidates to shift requirements
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks for night shift applicants
- Manage payroll processing and timesheet approvals for overnight staff
- Resolve urgent staffing issues and coordinate last-minute replacements
- Maintain compliance with state labor laws and industry regulations
- Build relationships with clients to understand evolving night shift needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or hospitality coordination
- Proven experience managing overnight operations or night shift teams
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with ATS systems and scheduling software
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of local Las Vegas business landscape preferred
