Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing assignments for manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare clients during overnight shifts
- Coordinate candidate onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance documentation
- Manage emergency staffing requests with 24/7 responsiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with night shift supervisors and department heads
- Implement staffing optimization strategies to reduce operational costs
- Conduct quality assurance checks and performance evaluations for night staff
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate availability and placement metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills for overnight operational challenges
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
