Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from job seekers and clients during the night shift hours.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Update candidate databases and track job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the day team to ensure seamless handover of critical candidate information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding open positions and status updates.
- Conduct basic data entry and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, call center, or administrative role is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a professional demeanor.
