Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight staffing assignments for 15-20 client sites across Seattle metropolitan area
- Coordinate real-time dispatching and schedule adjustments for night shift personnel
- Resolve urgent staffing issues through proactive communication with clients and employees
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to night shift staff
- Maintain accurate digital records of shift logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure operational continuity and knowledge transfer
- Implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in staffing, logistics, or night shift management
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Now)
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
