What You Will Do:
As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for temporary and contract positions, specifically focusing on roles that operate during evening and night hours.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates for night shift roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal ATS systems.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on candidate pipelines.
- Onboarding: Assist in the orientation and onboarding process for new temporary employees to ensure a smooth start.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Monitor local Baltimore labor market trends to advise clients on compensation and availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
