Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Conduct comprehensive phone interviews to assess candidate fit and availability.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for day-shift recruiters during business hours.
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for urgent client needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity levels.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with HR software and ATS platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
