Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage high-volume applicant data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and night-shift applicants.
- Build talent pipelines for temporary and permanent staffing placements.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and employment law during the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of active requisitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions within a staffing agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to work a fixed night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
