As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our clients' staffing needs and top-tier talent. You will work flexible evening hours while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for critical night shift positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically for night shift roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms, including ATS systems and social media.
- Conducting thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Facilitating the offer process and coordinating orientation schedules for new hires.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
