Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for overnight and shift-based positions across diverse industries
- Conduct phone/video interviews with candidates during night hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement using our ATS system
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify passive candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients during night shifts
- Maintain accurate records and generate weekly recruitment reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in overnight hours
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Results-driven mindset with proven placement success metrics
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
