Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, and security sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews during evening/night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate pipeline using our proprietary ATS system
- Collaborate with clients to match talent with urgent staffing needs
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through proactive communication
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies for night shifts
- Complete weekly performance metrics reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruitment/staffing experience with night shift focus
- Exceptional communication skills with evening availability
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Boston's labor market and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
