Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overnight positions in warehousing, healthcare support, and industrial sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate onboarding processes for newly placed night shift employees
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for overnight roles
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with overnight scheduling
- Proven success in high-volume talent acquisition for industrial/healthcare roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client site visits
