Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening and overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system and maintain accurate documentation
- Build strategic partnerships with local employers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and support
- Analyze market trends and adjust recruitment strategies to meet seasonal demands
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven track record of placing candidates in high-volume, time-sensitive roles
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's employment landscape and industry sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for evening client meetings
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
