- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for overnight and evening shift positions via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for night shift roles including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for night shift talent pools
- Develop innovative outreach campaigns targeting professionals seeking non-traditional schedules
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters for seamless candidate handoffs and process continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 operations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to conduct professional interviews during overnight hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
- Strong understanding of Phoenix's night shift labor market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions with minimal supervision
