Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates for high-demand night shift positions using innovative recruitment strategies
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement for 24/7 operational clients
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across healthcare, warehousing, and industrial sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during evening/night hours to accommodate candidate schedules
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment efficiency
- Develop strategic partnerships with Colorado Springs' leading night shift employers
- Implement creative sourcing tactics including targeted social media campaigns and community outreach
- Maintain 100% compliance with labor regulations and staffing industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven night shift placement success
- Expertise in healthcare, logistics, or industrial verticals preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
