Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for night shift positions across multiple industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments for overnight roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients for night shift staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems and ensure timely placements
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies targeting night shift professionals
- Contribute to agency growth by expanding client partnerships in Charlotte's night economy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in healthcare/logistics/manufacturing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during overnight hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for candidate meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification preferred
