Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for night shift positions using advanced sourcing techniques and platforms
- Conduct virtual interviews during overnight hours to accommodate candidate availability
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to placement and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand overnight operational needs and staffing requirements
- Develop innovative retention strategies for night shift employees
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven track record placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport during overnight hours
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
